Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request being submitted will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Then we can evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.
EU CONSUMER RIGHTS (European Union)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw
from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving
any reason (cooling-off period under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

You must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us of your decision
to withdraw. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original
packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the
item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s),
using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sealed items that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
